We're looking for a proactive Assistance Co‑ordinator to join a dynamic travel support team. A role where you'll solve real problems, support people in urgent situations, and make an impact every day.
You'll be the person who makes things happen for travellers in need; organising care, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate medical and travel support worldwide
- Arrange flights, hospitals, transport, and accommodation
- Work closely with international partners and internal teams
- Keep systems updated with accurate case information
- Monitor costs and handle service approvals
- Support customers with empathy and urgency
What You Bring
- Fluency in one of the languages : French, Arabic & Italian
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A problem-solving mindset
- Team spirit and a customer-first attitude
- Good computer skills
Nice to Have
- Customer service or insurance experience
- Exposure to claims or assistance environments
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Rotating shifts (including weekends & holidays)
