SALARY: $130,000 -170,000 USD annually. LOCATION: Fully remote; open to candidates in the following time zones ONLY - US Standard Time: Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern. SPONSORSHIP: NO; Not provided at this time, including after student visas expire.

Your Setlist: Key Responsibilities
Design a variety of visual assets for brand campaigns, including social media content, paid ads, email designs, landing pages, and more.
Develop net-new creative concepts while also refining and iterating on existing designs and templates for scalability and testing.
Partner with the marketing and product design teams to create engaging visuals that align with DistroKid’s brand guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity as we expand into new products and brands.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns and visual concepts.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
Organize and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring everything is easy to find and up to date.
Your Experience: Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required. We value experience, creativity, and skills, regardless of your formal education path.
3-4 years of experience in brand or marketing design preferred.
Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks with precision at the same time.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, especially projects tied to brand marketing. Please include a link to your portfolio in the specified area of the application to be considered.
Nice to Have (but not required):
Skills in animation and motion design.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
