Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM development, with hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Firebase, and Flutter.

This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex CRM solutions for web and mobile applications. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain CRM web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Design and manage database systems with MySQL for effective data storage and retrieval.
- Build and integrate real-time applications with Firebase.
- Create cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration with server-side logic.
- Optimize CRM applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing CRM software.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Strong experience with MySQL database management.
- Expertise in Firebase for real-time applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development.
- Experience with Git version control
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
