INDICATORS OF SUCCESS

  • Achievement of budgeted events and room revenue, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Guest Satisfaction - High guest feedback scores for pre-arrival service and booking interactions.
  • Accuracy Rate -100% accuracy in reservation data, room assignments, and rate application, event related revenue.
  • Upsell Conversion - Achieving or exceeding monthly upselling/revenue targets.
  • Response Time - All inquiries handled within brand-standard response times (e.g., under 24 hours).
  • Team Collaboration - Positive feedback from Front Office, Food & Beverage, Finance and Revenue teams on coordination and communication.
  • System Proficiency - Confident and efficient use of PMS and booking systems with minimal errors.
  • Brand Representation - Every interaction reflects the Radisson RED tone: bold, friendly, and authentic.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Sales and Reservations

  • Manage sales/events enquiries, proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within SAP Sales Cloud.
  • Assist with reservations enquiries, bookings, phone calls, emails as/when required.
  • Coordinate site inspections and client meetings.
  • Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Provide admin support to the Sales team.

Event Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate event bookings from confirmation through to post-event follow-up.
  • Prepare event orders, function sheets, BEOs and operational documentation.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm event requirements, timelines, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and support event execution on-site.
  • Manage event billing, deposits, and final account reconciliation.
  • Ensure all events are delivered to brand standards and client expectations.

Systems & Administration

  • Utilise Opera Cloud and Opera Sales & Catering for group reservations, rooming lists, event blocks, and guest management.
  • Maintain accurate data and sales activities within SAP Sales Cloud.
  • Ensure all contracts, invoices, and event documentation are accurately filed and updated.
  • Support compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers.
  • Deliver professional and timely communication throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
