By creating an account or using HiringYes.com, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- One account per person; you may not share accounts
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Job Seekers
- Your profile and applications must contain truthful information
- You may apply only to positions you are genuinely interested in
- Do not upload malicious files or content
- HiringYes does not guarantee job placement
4. Employers
- All job listings must be for real, legitimate positions
- No fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory listings
- You must comply with all applicable employment laws
- Candidate data received through HiringYes must be protected
- Listings that violate our guidelines will be removed without refund
5. Third-Party Job Listings
HiringYes aggregates listings from third-party sources (Adzuna, Remotive, The Muse, WeWorkRemotely). We do not verify the accuracy of these listings and are not responsible for external employer conduct. Apply at your own discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without written permission
- Post spam, misleading content, or pyramid schemes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
7. Payments & Refunds
Employer subscription plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no job listing has been published. Featured listing fees are non-refundable once published.
8. Limitation of Liability
HiringYes.com is provided "as is." We are not liable for job outcomes, data loss, or third-party employer conduct. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
