This position will lead a team to inspect and identify needed maintenance and improvements, prepare reports and load ratings, assist in developing repair and rehabilitation strategies, and work with owner and contractor to preserve or replace the structure. This is a great role to become a subject matter expert in our growing inspection team and take on more leadership responsibilities.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a full understanding of bridge inspection/engineering industry practices and have a strong capability of solving a wide range of bridge engineering design, analysis, and inspection challenges. This opportunity entails being responsible for the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, leading bridge inspection teams, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn this role, the team leader will coordinate with equipment suppliers and other agencies to facilitate bridge inspections.
