- You are a top-notch coordinator/facilitator. You have a basic understanding of managing office operations, administrative workflows, and technical coordination. You strive to find ways to make your coworkers’ lives easier, because “process” is your middle name.

Requirements
THINGS YOU WILL DO
This is a full-time, non-exempt (40 hours/week), in-person position. Your primary focus will be supporting the Salt Lake office by providing exceptional administrative and technical support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage office, including general organization, inventory of supplies and equipment, and maintenance
- Support C3 Management with administrative and project support.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Management team during peak production periods
- Publish timely metric reports on a weekly basis and send diligent follow up reminders
- Be the 1st IT support contact for general troubleshooting production staff, escalate urgent or unresolved issues appropriately and promptly to keep our production staff functioning
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and schedule routine maintenance and upgrades with IT Vendor
- Set up new employee workstations and logins to streamline the onboarding process
- Provide administrative and logistical support during recruiting cycles
- Lead weekly, monthly, and annual event planning & execution, encourage participation in recognition programs

Salary Description
$25–$32 per hour, depending on experience
