We're growing our presence in the US and European markets and looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager / Client Acquisition Manager who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close.
Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first
Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract
Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side
Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets
Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe
Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences
English C1+ — you'll work primarily with US and European clients
5+ years of experience in Business Development Management
3+ years at an IT outsourcing / staff augmentation company
Proven outbound track record — pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets
Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
Remote-first with a travel twist: work from wherever you are in Europe, with real business trips to meet clients and attend conferences in person
