We’re looking for a Senior Creative Director.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can elevate our creative standard across all HealthMerch visuals. You’ll combine strong design and illustration skills to bring cohesion, polish, and authority to our brand, while mentoring a small production team to deliver high-quality work.

Lead and mentor production designers to ensure polished, accurate client artwork
️ Elevate client mockups with stronger layout, realism, and creative direction
Ensure all print files are production-ready and meet vendor specifications
Partner with Marketing to create email, landing page, and campaign visuals
Lead creative direction for healthcare collections and awareness campaigns
Build cohesive design languages from client logos and campaign themes
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset systems
⚖️ Balance high-volume production needs with long-term creative quality
Collaborate closely with Sales to support active deals with strong visuals
This is a full-time role aligned with EST, for approximately 6 hours per day.
✅ 6+ years of professional graphic design experience
✅ 2+ years leading or mentoring designers
✅ Strong portfolio showing campaign work, branding, and print production
✅ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
✅ Experience preparing vendor-ready, production-accurate files
✅ Strong typography and layout fundamentals
✅ Experience building templates and brand systems that scale
✅ Ability to manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing quality
✅ Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
✅ Experience working with remote teams or across time zones
⭐ Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy-driven brands
⭐ Promotional products or merchandise industry background
⭐ Basic understanding of conversion and visual hierarchy
⭐ Experience in a CRM-driven marketing environment (HubSpot a plus)
⭐ Illustration skills or custom typography work
⭐ Photography direction or art direction on shoots
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and calm under pressure, with a structured, detail-oriented approach. You’re a direct communicator with high ownership, comfortable setting standards, mentoring others, and collaborating across teams.
You bring both high taste and resilience, ensuring creative excellence in everything you produce.
