The Government Products team is focused on building industry-changing products in partnership with the U.S. Government that expand financial access for millions of Americans. The team launched its hallmark product, Trump Accounts, which debuted as the #3 app in the App Store and #1 in Finance. We have an exciting year ahead growing & improving this product while also expanding into new verticals where Robinhood can partner with government representatives to deliver simple, trusted, and impactful financial products at national scale. <p><span data-markdown-start-index="4175">As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our Government Products portfolio. You will guide a dedicated team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to build and launch large-scale new zero-to-one products. In this role, you will pair a deep understanding of customer needs with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external government partners to take initiatives from concept to national launch. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of public-private financial products!</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="4811">This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and <em>regular travel to Washington DC. </em></span></strong></p>

<h2><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5187">What you'll do</span></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5208">Lead product strategy:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5232"> Establish and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand Robinhood's impact through government partnerships.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5449">Build & launch 0-1 products:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5479"> Guide a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5656">Drive internal and external collaboration:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5700"> Work closely with key internal partners across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, and communications, as well as external partners, to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5912">Foster a culture of execution:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="5944"> Navigate ambiguity across product, regulatory, operational, and partnership workstreams, delivering delightful consumer experiences on time with an extremely high quality bar.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6125">Iterate through data:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6148"> Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis.</span></li>

<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6300">5+ years of experience</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6324"> building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech product experiences.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6402">Product strategy & judgment:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6432"> Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6562">Collaborative leadership:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6589"> Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a track record of guiding highly cooperative teams and building alignment.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6734">Partner & regulatory experience:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6768"> Experience working with third-party partners on large-scale projects and collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or regulated-product partners.</span></li>
<li><strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6935">Data-driven & mission-aligned:</span></strong><span data-markdown-start-index="6967"> Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making, coupled with excitement about building products that can expand financial access at national scale.</span></li>
