Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required to diagnose customer issues and help resolve customer’s needs or guide them to someone that can. The primary responsibility is to deliver the customer prompt parts quotes, follow up on outstanding quotations, minor technical, and field support aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals, for the Company and GSD. They are expected to collaborate with internal teams as necessary making sure customer needs are resolved.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEssential Responsibilities:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e \u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eSupport strategic plans, develop business / personal relationships with agents and customers.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003ePerform bids using pricing strategies.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eSales functions include upselling factory support services as well as field support services.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eProvide minor technical advice and counsel to agents and customers as needed.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eProcess customer orders in Salesforce and the company’s business systems.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eProcess customer RFIs \u0026amp; RFQs professionally and expeditiously.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAssist in expediting orders as required.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eProvide warranty and after sales support.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eNavigate internal systems for drawings, production, and technical support.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eInvestigate, enter, and execute Customer Service Requests (CSRs) to ensure timely handling, complete documentation, and resource coordination to create resolutions.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eOrder Entry into Southern States business system.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eFollow ISO procedures required for compliance.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eOther Duties as assigned\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMinimum Qualifications:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e \u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003eEducation: Associates degree or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eExperience: At least two years of experience in sales or technical support for industrial products.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eExcellent time management skills.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAdvanced understanding and skills using and manipulating products in the Microsoft Office suite.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAble to work within a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e\u003cbr clear=\
