- Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional manner and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct telephone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages and providing information as required
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software, ensuring efficient diary management
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative documentation with attention to detail
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs, collecting necessary information and payments where applicable
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including filing, photocopying, and general office duties
- Manage patient enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic reception area in accordance with dental practice standards
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all patient information is recorded correctly
- Support the smooth running of the practice by assisting with various administrative tasks as required
